As a Family Advocate, you will play a vital role in promoting socioeconomic mobility, family wellness, and parent involvement to support families in achieving positive outcomes and school readiness for children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families enrolled in our program to promote family development and socioeconomic mobility.
  • Work collaboratively with Youth In Need's Childcare Partners in St. Louis to provide comprehensive support services to families.
  • Support families in achieving overall positive family outcomes and school readiness for children.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including social services, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to ensure a holistic approach to family support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (or related field) or Family Development Credential.
  • More than one year of experience working with high-risk families.
  • Ability to be CPR certified and hold a Class E Driver's License.
