As a Field Operations Manager at Volarify, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership skills will be crucial in driving project outcomes and maintaining a positive working relationship with our teams and stakeholders.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating with our teams on design and construction efforts, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the required standards.
  • Your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage subcontractors, track progress, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to support the company's safety culture and create awareness among team members.
  • C Coordinate with team members on technology-related design and construction efforts.
  • Implement approved RFI's, ASC's, CCD's, etc.
  • Manage document control of daily reports, safety documentation, job walks, and as-built reviews.
  • Trade-to-trade coordination through the Shop Drawing and Submittal Process.
  • Provide technical expertise related to field installation and safety.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project processes and how each supports the successful completion of a construction project.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
