Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medical Territory Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of our products and services in your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with healthcare providers and influencing their prescription decisions.

You will work closely with our Clinical Diabetes Specialist to develop effective territory strategies and initiatives. This may involve collaborating with physicians, advanced practitioners, certified diabetes care specialists, and key diabetes institutions. Your extensive knowledge of diabetes therapeutics and ability to communicate complex information effectively will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Drive product adoption and growth through successful product experiences for healthcare providers and users.
  • Maintain high levels of proficiency in discussing and demonstrating our products, as well as expertise in diabetes and therapeutic options for diabetes care.
  • Collaborate with customer care and sales support teams to optimize user experiences.
  • Communicate feedback from healthcare providers to improve product development.
  • Represent our products at industry conferences and educational forums to increase awareness.
  • Manage leads and opportunities in our customer relations database and submit product training documentation as required.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Role)
  • Assist with field sales training.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in internal advisory boards with cross-functional departments.
  • Lead weekly team calls, regional, and area meetings as needed.
Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • A valid driver's license.
Senior TBL Requirements
  • 4+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical device industries with a proven history of success.
  • Experience selling automated insulin devices and knowledge of diabetes therapeutics is highly desirable.
