Responsibilities
  • System Design and Development: Aid in the development of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system designs of automated work cells, ensuring they meet customer specifications and industry safety guidelines.
  • Project Management: Monitor Controls timelines and drive projects forward to meet deadlines, working closely with customers, project managers, and other team members.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Code Development: Develop well-crafted code to provide automated machinery that meets or exceeds customer efficiency demands.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Controls/Automation-focused role.
  • Skills: Programming experience with PLC, HMI, Robot (pendant and simulation programming), Motion Control, and Vision Systems; design experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Software Experience: Familiarity with RSLogix5000/500, Studio5000, TIA Portal, FactoryTalk, Ignition, ProView, AutoCAD Electrical, Robot Studio, Roboguide, Motosim, Keyence, and Cognex software.
Estimated Compensation:

$75,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
