About the Role

The Account Engineer is responsible for the global delivery of FM Global's engineering products and services. Operating on an account-wide basis, the Account Engineer must evaluate and assess the nature, probability, and magnitude of loss potential to clients' interests through the use of world-class predictive analytics and market-leading Risk Quantification tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess risk potential to clients' interests
  • Develop and implement strategic risk improvement plans
  • Collaborate with FM Global field engineering, client service, claims, and new business development teams
  • Provide expert advice on property risk assessment and loss prevention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or applied science
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience as a loss prevention consultant within FM Global or related industry experience
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven proficiency in risk identification and quantification, including Location-Based Engineering principles and Location Client Service Plan execution
