Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As an Advanced Practice Provider with acute care experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine, you will deliver comprehensive health assessments, treatment, and outcome management for patients of all ages. Our innovative in-home care service lines, including mobile unit and company vehicle services, provide a unique opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the Boston, MA community.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat complex illnesses, and provide therapeutic interventions, such as wound care and minor procedures.
* Use critical thinking skills, follow evidence-based standards of practice, and accurately document patient encounters.
* Analyze test data, arrange appropriate follow up, and educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being.
* Communicate effectively with patients, family, primary care provider, and individuals involved in patient care, and adhere to clinical standards, safety protocols, and performance metrics.

Requirements

* Minimum of two years of experience in relevant areas, current state license as an Advanced Practice Provider, and current BLS required.
* Completion of required drivers training upon hire, valid driver's license with clean driving record, ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
