Pentec Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Infusion Specialist in Cumming/Buford, GA.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide comprehensive patient care and support to individuals with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices. As a Home Health Infusion Specialist, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule to meet patients' needs, while traveling within the area (up to 200 miles).

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in shared governance and integrate evidence-based research into practice
Requirements
  • 3 years of RN experience with 24/7 accountability
  • Ability to complete Intrathecal Nurse Fellowship Orientation program
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver
  • CPR certification or ability to obtain
Preferred Qualifications
  • ICU/ER/OR and/or home care experience
  • Solid understanding of chronic pain/rehab principles

The estimated full-time base annual salary is $80,000-$85,000, with actual salary based on qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
