Location: Franklin, IN

Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Overview: Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team. This role involves providing speech and language therapy, conducting assessments, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students. Experience in a school setting is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' academic and social success.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide a supportive learning environment and ensure students receive the necessary services.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address students' communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting educational goals for students to ensure they receive a high-quality education.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but not required for CF applicants.
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
