Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure accurate pricing and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with the buying and general management teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assume responsibility for departmental operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a bakery or retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and ordering procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
