  • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, provide keys and room assignments, and securely record payment information
  • Respond to incoming calls and inquiries regarding guest needs in-person and online about room reservations, pricing, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in handling phone inquiries and managing challenging situations
  • Preferred minimum of one year in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent or a comparable role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is advantageous
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
