Position Overview
We are in search of a Client Support Representative to become a vital part of our expanding team.

Role Responsibilities
Under general supervision, the Client Support Representative will deliver assistance via telephone, email, and chat to external clients who reach out regarding payroll practices, human resources, software functionalities, and various technical and non-technical inquiries.

Key Duties Include:

  • Actively participate in a collaborative customer service environment.
  • Efficiently manage daily requests from the client base.
  • Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and timely resolutions for client inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to necessary audits and internal compliance standards.
  • Support, educate, and develop the client base in alignment with our products and services.
  • Take ownership of client issues, ensuring effective problem resolution and process enhancements.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships through personal interactions regarding feedback, process improvements, software updates, and regulatory payroll matters.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of Payroll, time and attendance, and HR services through ongoing training and personal development.
  • Provide extended business day support to clients when necessary.
  • Utilize strong customer service skills to build client trust and partnerships.
  • Engage in effective business and software best practices for resolution.
  • Implement effective client retention strategies.
  • Analyze issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor with both internal and external clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a strong client service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a technical aptitude. Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows and MS Office, is essential. Strong listening and communication skills, along with organizational abilities, are also required.

Education & Experience
Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated knowledge of database management, web server operations, and open-source technologies, as well as familiarity with Payroll, HR, and Time and Attendance software systems. The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation.
