Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Payment Specialist to join our team at Manpower Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer payments and contact customer accounts to ensure accurate payment processing
  • Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and provide excellent customer service
  • Apply credit memos to customer accounts as necessary
  • Monitor daily unapplied cash balance and perform other related duties as assigned
  • Assist with customer account maintenance, filing, and data entry
  • Process credit card payments and run customer statements
  • Run and analyze AR aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 0-2 years of commercial AR/cash posting/collection/credit work experience
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as LX, Navision, or Business Central
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and research skills
  • Sense of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
