Pilot Freight Services is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dock Agent to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Agent 2 is responsible for the efficient loading and unloading of materials using various equipment such as hand trucks, reach trucks, or forklifts. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and organized work environment while ensuring that all incoming loads are accurately checked against the manifest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload freight from line haul trucks.
  • Manually unload trailers, requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Check in incoming freight and perform dock checks.
  • Label and organize freight appropriately.
  • Prepare local delivery freight and load delivery vehicles.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct screening of freight as necessary.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess the ability to lift heavy items and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related materials. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
