Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently processing and scheduling service requests in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer support.
- Documenting customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Regularly communicating with technicians and managing route schedules for specific services.
- Offering insights on the effectiveness of the customer service process and implementing necessary improvements.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
Additionally, network with clients and other professionals to enhance sales for your designated service.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience is preferred.
- Inside sales or call center sales experience is essential, with a proven ability to "close" sales.
- Data entry experience is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with web-based applications and tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Punctuality, reliability, and consistency are essential.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures is expected.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More).
Preferred Skills:
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with customers.
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
