Job Overview

At Complete Health Partners, we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist and Medical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Advanced Primary Care practice in Hendersonville, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits, PTO, and shift differentials. The estimated salary range for this role is $27-$33 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who can effectively perform radiologic tasks, including operating or overseeing the operation of radiologic equipment, explaining procedures to patients, and observing patients to ensure safety and comfort during scans.

You will also be responsible for performing medical assistant duties, such as handling clinical and phone triage, managing high call volume, and assisting with procedures directly supervised by the physician.

  • Operate or oversee the operation of radiologic equipment to produce images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan.
  • Measure and record a patient's vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with procedures directly supervised by the physician.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have an active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), and limited scope imaging certification. Prior physician office/clinic Medical Assistant work experience is also required.

A minimum of 1-2 years of Radiology Technologist experience is preferred, as well as prior experience working in Internal Medicine/Primary Care offices.
