Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Department of Consumer Affairs is seeking a Regulatory Investigator to join its Enforcement Division.

This role operates under the supervision of the Supervising Regulatory Investigator I (SRI I) and is designed for individuals at various experience levels, including entry-level, intermediate, and advanced stages. The Regulatory Investigator is tasked with examining consumer grievances, particularly those that are intricate and arise from the stipulations of the Contractors State License Law.

Qualifications Statement:
