Position Overview:

As the Facilities Maintenance Lead, you will oversee the Maintenance Team, ensuring the optimal functioning of our equipment, facilities, and grounds. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 10-15 maintenance personnel.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of all operational equipment, taking necessary actions as required.
  • Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and consult with team members to identify future needs.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities in alignment with production demands.
  • Engage with local contractors and vendors for necessary equipment and services.
  • Manage inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring timely procurement for repairs and maintenance.
  • Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience with conveyor systems in a distribution environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations, industry standards, and maintenance best practices.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role.
  • A formal education in a related field (preferably a minimum of a 2-year program) is highly desirable.
  • High School diploma is required; college experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.

Compensation: The starting salary for this position ranges from $61,000 to $78,100.
