Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Maintenance Team in our Marshalls.com facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of equipment, building, and grounds, ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a shift of 10-15 maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with local contractors and vendors to obtain high-quality, cost-effective services and equipment.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local contractors and vendors, ensuring a strong network of support.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in conveyor systems maintenance within a distribution center.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, trade standards, and general practices within the maintenance industry.
  • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience supervising mechanics.
  • A formal education in a related field (at least a 2-year training program) is strongly preferred.
  • College experience is helpful, but not required. Must be a High School graduate.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
