We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Loan Processor to join our team at NVR Mortgage. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient home buying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, maintaining frequent communication and ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process.
- Loan File Management: Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the entire loan process, coordinating closing paperwork and ensuring accuracy and completeness of loan files.
- Loan Setup and Follow-up: Set up loan files, order all exhibits, and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and underwriting departments.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience Preferred: While experience is preferred, we are open to training and developing the right candidate.
