Pediatric ER Nurse Position in Washington, D.C.

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Pediatric ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Washington, D.C.
About the Role
This position requires a dedicated and skilled RN to provide high-quality care to patients ranging from newborns to 18 years of age who need immediate attention for traumas, injuries, or illnesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric emergency nursing and be able to make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients.
Responsibilities
Pediatric ER Nurses are responsible for assessing, intervening, and stabilizing a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action. They must be knowledgeable about general as well as specific health issues and properly understand triage in order to prioritize injuries based on medical need. This role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Transplant setting. Additional requirements may be determined by our client facility.
