The Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a comprehensive intervention initiative dedicated to supporting pregnant and parenting women dealing with substance use challenges and their families. We are seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead our operations in Oklahoma City and Enid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Oversight: Manage a team of case managers, drive strategic program initiatives, facilitate staff meetings, assess program effectiveness, and engage with community stakeholders.
- Community Engagement: Establish a prominent leadership role within the community, collaborate with other service providers, and advocate for the PCAP program.
- Research Collaboration: Partner with the research team to ensure accurate data reporting and contribute to research activities.
- Compliance: Adhere to program contracts and state regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside the state PCAP team to implement essential program components and intervention methodologies.
Essential Functions:
- Establish program objectives and goals.
- Oversee case management processes and program evaluations.
- Act as a representative for the unit in public and client interactions.
Educational Requirements: Master's Degree
Experience: At least 36 months of experience in program development or management
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Certifications: Valid Driver's License
Physical Demands: Capability to perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in social work or a related discipline, professional experience with vulnerable populations.
