The Boys & Girls Club of the Mountain Empire is seeking a Program Services Director to oversee educational programs and activities. This role is responsible for supervising members, communicating with schools and parents, and ensuring the health and safety of members.

This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as you will be responsible for planning and delivering programs and activities, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Supervise members during Power Hour and assist with program goals and settings">
  • Communicate with schools and parents regarding members' progress and needs">
  • Develop and implement strategies to support members' academic success">
  • Collaborate with Unit Directors to plan and deliver programs and activities">
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery">
  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance">
  • Ensure the health and safety of members and report any incidents or concerns">

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma">
  • Must be at least 18 years old">
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-6:30pm">
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Basic technology skills (Excel, Word)">

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
