About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our team at Fairview Housing. As a leader in our residential treatment programs, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid LPC, LCSW, LSATP, or LMFT license.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and services.
