Job Summary:

As a School Custodian at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for providing cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas. This includes cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Additionally, you will dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, empty wastebaskets, and clean windows and restrooms. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas
  • Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors
  • Dust furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds
  • Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
