Your Responsibilities

As an Overnight Custodian, you will be an energetic and enthusiastic member of our team, dedicated to achieving results. Your role is crucial in ensuring our members enjoy a pristine environment as they pursue their fitness objectives in a welcoming atmosphere. By focusing on the finer details of your work, you will help create loyal supporters of our brand.

Key Duties Include:
  • Maintaining high cleaning standards daily, as our members appreciate and expect this quality.
  • Exhibiting leadership qualities by being passionate about your work, having fun, and encouraging members to join in.
Additional Information:
  • Your work schedule will primarily be overnight, including weekends and holidays.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • A genuine passion for serving others.
  • Previous custodial experience is advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable attendance, as your presence is vital to our operations.
  • Proficiency in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish being a plus.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
