Role Summary:
This position serves as the principal analyst for a major portfolio program. Candidates should exhibit the ability to work both efficiently and independently. Attention to detail is crucial for both internal and external deliverables, including invoices and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly customer invoices in Microsoft Excel, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
  • Management of customer CDRLs (Contractor Evaluation Reports, Contract Data Requirements).
  • Development of cost forecast models.
  • Conducting monthly sales variance analyses.
  • Weekly labor reporting.
  • Monthly reporting to customers.
  • High-level communication with customers.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with corporate financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
  • Expertise in MS Excel, including experience with monthly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and labor invoices.
  • Experience in leading financial analysis for contracts or programs.
  • Active security clearance with polygraph.

Desired Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience with cleared customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience with monthly invoicing and enhancing cash conversion cycles.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.
  • Capability to collaborate with Program Management teams and mentor junior employees.
