About the Role

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to lead our Jersey Shore Paths to Recovery initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our programs and services, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Medical Director and Clinical Operations Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality/safety protocols.
  • Function as a clinical manager, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and utilizing teaching methodologies to support patient and staff learning needs.
  • Interpret, implement, and enforce department policies and procedures, maintaining current knowledge of state and government regulatory standards.
  • Manage and develop team members, creating an environment that fosters engagement and growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on relevant data and metrics, developing and implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Involved in the development and management of department budgets, monitoring key financial indicators and performance metrics.
  • Promote patient satisfaction through excellent service and communication, addressing potential issues with the Office of Patient Experience.
  • Represent the program and hospital at relevant coalition meetings, participating in academic training programs as needed.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned, adhering to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of post-advanced license experience in mental health and addiction services.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with grants.
Licenses and Certifications
  • LCSW; LPC; PhD; PsyD or highest licensure for degree earned.
  • LCADC.
