We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide direct support to the Operations Department for all program-related functions, including registration, data entry, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Registration and Data Entry: Verify signatures on all forms, enter biographical data into the CRM system, and maintain accurate records.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Program Support: Assist with program development, issue ID cards, manage recreational equipment, and coordinate check-ins and checkouts.
- Safety and Security: Perform roving patrol duties, check doors and windows, and investigate accidents/incidents.
- Communication: Make sound decisions, remain calm in emergency situations, and report critical incidents to management.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a sport-related field, preferably in a service-related position.
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, computer literate, and ability to work independently.
- Education: Some college or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, and/or AED certifications preferred.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires non-traditional work hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The position will work in an office environment on a multi-building site.
