Key Responsibilities:

About the Role:
- As a House Calls Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, or independent living communities.

Requirements:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
