Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our clients stay modern and ahead of the technology curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and architecting of solutions through a strong understanding of our customers' business needs, problem statements, and pain-points.
  • Translate business user requirements into technical specifications, analyze customers' existing technical environment to identify potential areas for optimization and value-add.
  • Collaborate closely with project team members to develop architecture for use cases.
  • Own the solutioning design process, respective logical design, physical design, and implementation plan.
  • Support the Pre-sales/Sales function in pitching proposed solution value proposition to customers.
  • Create relevant technical documentation and maintain them as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of cloud services, developments, and best practices with the aim of bringing additional value to customers through such knowledge and insights.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, and/or related fields.
  • Proven experience in a similar capacity as a Solution Engineer is essential.
  • Strong knowledge in multiple cloud services with the respective providers you possess expertise in.
  • Proficient in ETL, Data Modelling, Data Warehousing, and Data Architecture, as well as familiar with Cloud Architecture concepts.
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R.
  • Familiar with Data Governance and Data Management.
  • Experience in code management and deployment.
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
