Maintenance Technician Job Description

Normandeau Associates, Inc., an employee-owned environmental consulting firm, is seeking a part-time Maintenance Professional/Custodian for their Bedford, NH corporate office location.

Responsibilities:
  • General office cleaning 2-3 times per week, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping hardwood/vinyl floors, emptying trash and recycling from all offices, cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors, and re-stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms.
  • Other light maintenance duties as assigned, such as carpet installation and removal, ceiling tile/lightbulb replacement, moving furniture, painting offices and common areas, and grounds maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and frequently reach, bend, carry, and balance items.
  • Able to stand, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and maneuver within confined spaces.
  • Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
