About the Position

We are seeking an experienced field operations professional to lead the construction of a major water treatment plant pump station in Louisville, KY. The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of leadership experience in water and/or wastewater treatment facility construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate labor and scheduling for field employees, subcontractors, and material deliveries
  • Communicate daily with general superintendents and project managers to determine budgets and timelines
  • Implement rigorous safety and quality guidelines
  • Maintain a daily log of site operations and identify gaps or areas that need attention

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in water and/or wastewater treatment facility construction projects
  • High School Diploma required; College Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
  • Knowledge of water/wastewater construction industry practices and procedures
  • Well-organized: able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong work ethic combined with exemplary leadership and communication skills
  • OSHA and other safety trainings, plus the ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, plans, and policies

Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
