We are seeking a skilled Waterproofing Consultant to join our team at Allana Buick & Bers, a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems, with a strong background in design and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work
  • Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings
  • Support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial with a focus on plaintiff support
  • Utilize your network of attorneys and insurance adjusters to develop new business opportunities and grow the firm's service offerings
Desired Experiences
  • Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a closely related discipline
  • Expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred
  • Experience in repair and re-construction, design, and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
