Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Developmental Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to identify and achieve their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and evaluate progress toward established goals and objectives
  • Provide education and training to family members and caregivers on strategies for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
