Job Summary:

Entegee is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Peabody, MA. As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, particularly those related to computed tomography (CT) security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the software product manager and lead software quality engineer to develop test considerations in the early phases of a project.
  • Attend software design reviews and status meetings to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Design and write test cases, and participate in test automation where applicable.
  • Conduct final evaluations of software content for CT-based security products, and perform appropriate testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least three years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Proven experience with software components and products.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Python, C/C++, and Java.
  • Familiarity with QT, Squish, Accurev, Jama, and Jira is a plus.
