This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $27.47 - $32.96 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and one year of experience working with single adults impacted by poverty, chronic homelessness, mental illness, substance abuse, and/or medical issues.

Duties will include developing safety plans for residents, de-escalating crisis situations, and collaborating with the team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The work environment is supportive housing, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients who may suffer from mental illness, substance abuse, disability, HIV/AIDS, and/or other health issues.
