Our project teams are designed to provide a tailored blend of business consulting, project oversight, financial management, administrative, and technical support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement project control methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all cost data, confirming proper coding and allocation to project budgets.
  • Generate necessary accounting and project cost reports.
  • Analyze deviations, under-runs, and over-runs.
  • Prepare forecasts and cost trend analyses, evaluating their impact on project budgets.
  • Monitor project expenditures and adherence to budget forecasts.
  • Maintain change control processes and the change order register.
  • Assess progress measurement and develop/update progress curves for reporting.
  • Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) throughout all project phases.
  • Create an Integrated Master Schedule in accordance with owner standards and approved scheduling tools.
  • Develop and assess activities in the Integrated Project Schedule, capturing work in six-month increments.
  • Prepare project sequences and logic, accurately identifying interdependencies among activities.
  • Load project schedules with resources and costs.
  • Conduct Current Schedule and Cost (EV, AC) versus Performance Measurement Baseline comparisons.
  • Perform Critical Path Analysis to identify and evaluate critical activities for timely project completion.
  • Guide project personnel on effective scheduling practices.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Planning and Control to achieve portfolio planning and control objectives.
  • Produce various regular and ad-hoc reports to support project planning and control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards across all functional departments.
  • Develop and maintain essential project control databases and reports.
  • Verify the accuracy of cost information and ensure proper allocation to project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Controlling and 4 years in Information Technology Project Scheduling.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CAPM or PMI-SP Certification or equivalent (subject to client approval).
  • Proficiency in MS Project; experience with MS Project Online is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Power BI and Excel.
