Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and identify informational and process automation needs.
  • Translate business needs into formal and clearly documented business requirements for system design.
  • Identify requirement and scope-related issues and risks, and collaborate with system development personnel to resolve them.
  • Assist in developing and conducting testing plans and criteria, and provide system support for developed applications.
  • Update, test, and troubleshoot documents and associated logic in response to customer requests and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent years of industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of systems development life cycle and systems development methodologies.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to identify and implement efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.
