Job Summary

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment and systems in our industrial machine shop. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical proficiency, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems, including preventative maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
  • Use technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with management and coworkers to ensure smooth production operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a machine shop or industrial maintenance environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of CNC equipment and machining processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Mechanic will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with exposure to various types of equipment and systems. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
