About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance patient care services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement diagnostic imaging policies, procedures, and services to meet the needs of multiple departments.
  • Assess and improve patient care quality, coordinating services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
  • Oversee staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations, maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as Joint Commission, ACR, JRCERT, and ICAVL standards.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Cardiographic Tech, Radiologic Technologist, or Medical Sonographer.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, or Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
