Compliance and Change Management Professional

About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Change Management Professional to join our team at First Tek. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuration management, software development lifecycle, and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance reporting and audit requirements;
- Facilitate Jira administration and ticket management for the team;
- Provide quality assurance to verify compliance to standards and guidelines;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful process roll-out;
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in compliance and change management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer/information technology, business systems, engineering or a related technical field;
- 5 years of directly related experience with a bachelor's degree;
- 7 years of directly related experience with an associate degree;
- 9 years of directly related experience without a degree;
- 1 year of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for a high availability environment;
- 1 year of experience in a DevOps environment using Atlassian or similar tool;
- 1 year of experience in the use of change and configuration management tools/systems.
Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
