Performance Assurance Specialist

TerraGraphics is seeking a skilled Performance Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of performance and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Apparent Cause Analysis and Root Cause Analysis to identify and address performance issues.
- Investigate events and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
- Assess management readiness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance assurance or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Hanford Software Systems.
