Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist patients with physical therapy treatments, including applying ice or heat packs, helping patients onto exercise equipment, and monitoring motion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to infection control procedures and ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as recording daily notes, maintaining patient records, and ordering supplies.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans, and provide feedback on patient progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices by attending training sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, bending, and lifting.
