As a Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top journalists at Hearst Newspapers, gaining hands-on experience and training in the latest tools and techniques.

Program Overview

The Fellowship consists of two 12-month rotations at Hearst Newspapers' top metro papers. During this time, you will work on a variety of projects, including data-driven storytelling, video production, and multimedia reporting. You will also receive mentorship and guidance from experienced journalists, helping you to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a variety of projects, including data-driven storytelling, video production, and multimedia reporting
  • Develop and maintain a professional online presence
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions
  • Collaborate with other journalists and staff members to produce high-quality content

Requirements
