Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Product Management squad, you'll drive the development and release of innovative features and services that address our most pressing business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user feedback and distill it into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to make informed implementation trade-off decisions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs, providing data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and operating plans, ensuring a clear understanding of product goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Graduated between May 2024 and June 2025, with a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
  • Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 2, 2025, or July 7, 2025.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with software development, project management software, and customer-facing roles.
What We Offer

As a National Grid USA employee, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $97,000 per year, depending on location. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, 401(k) matching, and a generous paid time off policy.

Please note that US colleagues must reside within our existing footprint, which includes Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. As a National Grid USA employee, you should also reside within a reasonable, commutable distance to your assigned primary office.
