QUALIFICATIONS

  1. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of comprehensive IT experience, particularly in technology project management.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing procedural documentation, including job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation materials is essential.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing training programs is required.
  4. Proficiency in written communication tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio is necessary.
  5. A working knowledge of Microsoft Project is expected.
  6. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the real-time delivery of training sessions.
  7. Experience in producing recordings of training sessions for on-demand access by the target audience is essential.
