Maintenance Mechanic Level 4

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic Level 4 to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing mechanical tasks in the maintenance of plant and office facilities, ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment repair and replacement, to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with department supervisors to minimize production downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of plant equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school training preferred.
- Minimum of two years of progressive experience in plumbing, electrical maintenance, fabrication, carpentry, millwright, hydraulic, heating and cooling systems, and related maintenance activities.
- Ability to read and write legibly, follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively in English.
- Physical ability to perform the essential job functions, including lifting, bending, and working at heights.
- Competitive hourly rate: $34.00 to $50.75 USD.
