Compensation: $15-22 per hour

DCS Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC is in search of a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to implement direct behavioral support in various settings including homes, educational institutions, and community environments throughout Pennsylvania.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Compassionate approach towards clients and their families
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging circumstances
  • Adaptability to changing situations
  • Strong listening and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture a therapeutic rapport with clients
  • Facilitate the development of communication, social, and problem-solving skills
  • Encourage client independence by gradually reducing assistance
  • Gather and evaluate behavioral data
  • Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary team members
  • Provide education to parents and stakeholders regarding applied behavior analysis
  • Support reassessment processes under the guidance of a BCBA or BC-ABA

Required Education and Credentials:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification from the BACB
  • Current PA State clearances
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
