About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Project Engineering team at Marotta Controls, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new products and systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-mechanical components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and materials lists
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 3-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical design and development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor
