At Morning Pointe Memory Care communities, we are committed to enhancing the wellness and lifestyle of our senior residents. As a Senior Living Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a fulfilling and dignified quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, while maintaining their dignity and respect.
- Support residents during meal times, ensuring they receive the nourishment they need.
- Engage with residents to promote their emotional, intellectual, and social well-being.
- Perform housekeeping duties as required to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in training and collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for caring for others.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
